As far as the importance of purity and freshness of the red gold “saffron” are concerned, we have applied the most rigorous and through quality management system. By receiving various international standards namely, ISO 22000:2005, certificate of FAD (the U.S. Food and Drug Administration), HACCP (Hazard analysis critical control points) certification, and ISO 9001:2008 our company has constantly tried to offer the best quality saffron products to the customers all around the world. Treating saffron as it deserves and meeting customers’ gratification have been our only concern through the years.

Our product is tested, processed and packed by food manufacturing operation engineers and specialists. Saffron in our laboratory is tested for:

·         Test of coloring power and estimating the amount of crocin, safranal and picrocrocin
·         Moisture & volatile matter in saffron
·         Total ash in saffron
